We want you to love your Listener Kids gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand off your return package to the designated carrier at any official drop-off location or scheduled pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned apparel, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
